1. Prices?
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including Swedish VAT.
Shipping will be added to orders under SEK 500 (item value).
The website accepts euro as a payment method for European customers.
Orders under 70 euros would have shipping costs added to them.
2. Order confirmation
When the order is placed in the online store, an order confirmation is automatically sent to you via e-mail, as a confirmation that the order has reached us. The email with order confirmation can be sorted as spam by some e-mail programs, so feel free to check in the spam folder if you have not received any confirmation. If you have questions regarding an order you have placed, send an email to info@arcticsoap.com
3. Delivery
Normal delivery time within Sweden is about two to three working days, but some orders may take longer. For longer delivery times, you will be informed by e-mail. We pack the order and then announce when it is sent. We reserve the right to sell out and in such cases notify by e-mail. It is then possible to cancel part of the order or the entire order. Alternatively, get the remaining goods sent at a later time. For card payments, the amount is deducted from the account at the time of purchase and the goods are sent when they are back in stock.
4. Shipping
Shipping will be added to orders under SEK 500 (item value). You can see the shipping fee in the shopping cart when you shop and when you pay. If you shop for SEK 500 or more, we offer free shipping! For EU customers: If you shop for Euro 70 or more, we offer free shipping! Within Sweden, we send all orders with PostNord, which notifies you by SMS when your package can be picked up at a delivery point. You must have a valid ID to retrieve your package. Keep in mind that the name you enter when ordering must match the name of the ID document.
5. Orders abroad
We deliver to all countries within the EU. Shipping cost is stated when you enter your address at checkout. All orders include Swedish VAT. If you shop on the website from a foreign company, Swedish VAT is still charged, as the web shop does not have the opportunity to handle EU VAT numbers. If you as a foreign company want to order without VAT, contact us before your order for an advance invoice excluding VAT.

7. Order in the Webstore
When you shop in our webstore, you enter your address and mobile phone number at checkout. If you want to have your order history collected, you can create a customer account. You create a new account or log in with an existing account under ” My Account “. We make sure to always handle your information with integrity. We never ask you for consent to personal data management that is not directly related to Arctic Soap products.
8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of soap, we do not accept refunds or returns. Soap is an intimate, sanitary product that i cannot resell once it leaves Arctic Soap HQ. Cancellations will not be accepted after the order has been shipped. Refunds will not be given for change of mind. Refunds will not be given for allergies or reactions. We state every ingredient clearly on the label, please be sure to read correctly and proceed as needed. If items arrive damaged, incorrect or any other not-so-good stuff, please reach out so we can try to rectify the situation!
